Good Evening THFN Family!
These are unprecedented days for all of us! We can all too easily find ourselves anxious, worried, confused, overwhelmed and to be really honest, at a total loss. BUT GOD!! We are not alone or forsaken!! HE IS WITH US AND FOR US!!
It probably goes without saying but I need to declare that the THFN Leadership Team and Staff are an incredible group of people! Last night’s meeting was a huge blessing for this pastor. I’m so grateful and thankful for each of them. Their love for the Lord and the Family of God is unparalleled! We are seeking the heart of God together for our church family and community. So please be encouraged and keep praying! God is leading us!!
UPDATING THE FAMILY:
-I’m reaching out to encourage all of you. We, the staff and LT are working diligently to provide the best connection opportunities and resources possible. We are working hard to better share the message of God’s love and provide updates through the best online services we possibly can. We appreciate your patience as we navigate through these uncharted waters. Please follow our Facebook page and website thnaz.org as we update you.
For those of our church family that do not have internet or other smart device capability, we’re working to communicate updates and provide resources to them too. Please do your best to give a text or call. It’ll bless your family members!
-THFN, like most churches, relies upon the Sunday tithe and offering to sustain the ministry and a decline in attendance (and possible cancellations) will certainly disrupt finances and fruitful ministry. If you are not able to attend and worship through giving in person, we invite you to please go to our church website: thnaz.org and use the online giving option. ON CAMPUS STATUS:
-At this point, until further notice, ALL on campus services, events and activities are suspended. Just as soon as this changes, you will be notified! PRAY!!
SUNDAY MORNINGS:
-We’ll be live-streaming our Sunday Morning Worship Celebration through Facebook at the normal time of 10:30am. We’ll have live Praise & Worship and Preaching. We’re also working on additional social media platforms to share services and other connecting opportunities too.
STAYING CONNECTED:
-We’re working to provide ways to keep the THFN Family connected and growing. To do so, we’re going to expand our LIFE Groups to meet the need. We’re establishing new Life Groups geographically around the church campus(North, South, East, West, Central), throughout Vigo County and the counties north of us. The main gathering time for the groups with be Sunday’s at 10:30am, during the Sunday Morning Worship Celebration live-streaming. We’ll send more information out over the next few days. So be ready!
-Pastor Mike is working hard to provide online connection for our youth. If you have any questions about this, give him a shout on the contact page.
MOST IMPORTANTLY:
We ALL stand in the boldness and confidence of our God. Instead of fearing the unknown, we are excited for what God is doing and what He’s going to do! God will continue to be praised, whether in person or on social media! Stay healthy, stay safe, and be the hands and feet of Jesus.
Here’s a great promise for all of us to stand on. Hebrews 4:16 NLT, So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.
