Dr. Mark Fleschner
Pastor Mark is our Lead Pastor and has served at First Church for 24 years. He completed his Doctorate of Ministry Degree at Chapman Seminary through Oakland City University. He has a BS degree in Business Administration and a Master of Arts degree in religious education. Pastor Mark is the primary preaching/teaching pastor. He also leads small groups, provides leadership training and administers daily church operations. His passion is to reach people for Christ and disciple them to become wholly devoted followers of Christ. His wife, Debbie, has led worship and serves as a teacher and mentor to women. They have three adult children and one grandchild, who are the joy of their lives. Rev. Jason Riggle
Pastor Jason completed his Master’s degree in Pastoral Leadership through Olivet Nazarene University and is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. Pastor Jason joined the staff at First Church in the spring of 2005 and he currently serves as our Associate Pastor. He provides direction and oversight for our Children’s ministries, the Worship Arts ministry, and the Connect small group ministry. His passion is to see people experience the transforming power of Jesus Christ. “I believe God has called and equipped the Church to be the catalyst for transforming our lives, our families, and our communities.” Pastor Jason is married to his partner in ministry, Amanda, and together they have four children.

Beth Ascher is our Administrative Assistant. She graduated with an AA degree from Oklahoma Wesleyan University. She has over 30 years of experience working in the Business, Educational and non-profit organizations as an Administrative Assistant. She and her husband, Kerry, were pastor and wife for 31 years in the Christian & Missionary Alliance denomination. The Ascher’s are also Certified Independent Video Seminar Presenters for “Laugh Your Way to A Better Marriage Seminars.” They are natives of South Dakota and have four grown children and three grandchildren.
