I do hereby waive any claim that may arise due to accident or injury to myself and/or my child while participating in any horse related activity with Spotted Horse Ministries. I understand that horses are powerful and sometimes unpredictable, there are inherent risks in riding or working around horses, and that an accident or injury may occur. I agree that I shall have no legal recourse against Renetta and Ray Trissel of Spotted Horse Ministries, their family, agents, volunteers, or against the property or any assets in the event of accident, injury, or illness to myself, my child, or my horse.

I/We grant to the ministry/ranch the right to take photographs or video of me, my family and minor children/wards, of which I/we are the parent and/or guardian of, and of my /our property (to include horse(s) and equipment), to collect testimony in connection with the above-identified subject. I/We authorize Spotted Horse Ministries/Hoosier Spots Ranch, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.
